Franco Taruschio and Lindy Wildsmith have worked together since Franco gave up the reigns of the legendary Walnut Tree restaurant in 2000.
Lindy is a food writer and teacher who for many years ran the Chef’s Room fish and cookery school at Blaenavon attracting amateur cooks and chefs from all over Wales and beyond.
Since the school closed, Franco and Lindy have been holding seasonal cooking days at Bridges Centre in the Agincourt room. In 2019 we will continue to host these ever-popular Saturday, chef-led lunch-party cooking days, in which you will cook in a group to produce nibbles, served with an aperitif, a three-course lunch with a glass of wine and biscuits to take home.
We have now added a Supper Club to our cookery programme. This will be held, on Thursday evenings in the Bistro, and will be hosted by Franco Taruschio. With Franco, you will cook a simple 2 course supper to enjoy together before going home. Come and join us.

And the dates for the Supper Club with Franco: 24 January 2019 Pollo alla Calabrese, 7th of March 2019 and the 16th of May 2019 Gnocchi di patate con sugo di Anatra (Duck).
